Bunching machine are the most widely used in cable/wire
manufacturers.
There are particularly suitable to twist the thin copper wires for
building wire purpose. Basically , the way to select a bunching machine is based on the take-up reel you use for it . The range of the take-up reels is from 500mm to 1600mm. Generally speaking , the design concept are almost identical no matter what size of the bunching machine you select except for some minor changes, such as the way to load the bobbin ..etc. We offer two type of twisting machine for our customers , one is with individual driven capstan and the other is pure mechanical linking. With a individual driven capstan , the machine can change the Pitch of the wire by just key in the value to our CCCS system . The CCCS will recalculate the actual corresponding speeds for both main motor ( this is for the Bow) and the driven capstan motor. The mechanical linking type machine is regarded more reliable than the individual driving type machine . This concept is based on the power supply from the local power plant and they haven't experience with this type of machine. The disadvantages of the mechanical linking type machine are the complicated manipulations and to maintenance. |
